Comments

This fish can change into a variety of colours rapidly, it is a way to blend in with other species and a form of communication. In ancient Rome goatfish were served alive so that they would change colours as they died. Colours that were really feelings or words: anger, fear, attempts to disappear, pleas for mercy.
