It is confined to only five sites among limestone outcrops between Wee Jasper and Lake Burrinjuck, NSW. The species was reduced to as few as 30 individuals by land clearing, stock grazing, Blackberry, Goats and an inappropriate fire regime. Fencing, Blackberry control and the enhancement of two sites by plantings has seen the population to increase to about 300 mature plants. Photo: Briggs.
