Ground Cuckoo-shrike (Coracina (Coracina) maxima)

Bowra Station, via Cunnamulla, Queensland, Australia. We came across a small group of these rarely-seen cuckoo-shrikes (by me anyway), but as is typical of this species we just couldn't get close enough. They're very wary and will keep moving away (if on the ground) or fly off into the top of a tree, like this one did. Anyway, definitely just a record shot, but nice to see them.
