Spotted Harrier (Circus assimilis)

Went looking for Eleanor's 'Spot', and truth be told Spot found us. Lifted out of a 'hide' on a pond bank, turned into the wind and literally flew over me at zero height. Sadly the light had deteriorated into porridge yet again. But the sound of the wind over the wings as it passed overhead made it enjoyable.
