Red Shouldered Hawk - (Buteo lineatus)
The pouring down rain was picked up by the camera, as well as the hawk. It is still my best of this bird so far. This Red Shouldered Hawk is Drenched. Their call is very distinct and can be heard often on the marina hike. They are usually more in a forest compared to the Red-tailed hawk which also has a very distinct call and usually requires more space.
